I purchased my iCandy pushchair on the internet, where do I go if I have a problem or need repair?


Unfortunately if your product has been purchased over the internet it is highly likely that it has not been sold through one of our approved stockists and as such any warranty will be invalid. Alternatively the product may be secondhand and as the warranty is non transferable, it only applies to the original owner.

Spare parts may of course be ordered through any of our approved stockists.
