Can I send my pushchair directly to iCandy for repair?

No. All queries should be raised with the original stockist as your contract of sale is with them. Please make sure you have your warranty card and original receipt/ proof of purchase. Your stockist will carry out an initial inspection and advise you of the next appropriate course of action.
